Two of us write here. Jewel writes notes on Princess Lala from the photographs on this site and from our plans for each trip: where the two tables stand, what the plates from the galley look like, how the meals fall day by day. Sugeng writes the news that can change a booking: hotel and flight news for Labuan Bajo, and any notice from the harbour or the park that moves a plan. New posts are added as they are written, and each carries its date and the name of the person who wrote it.

How we write these, and how we correct them
Every news post names its sources and its date, and every note says what it is written from. When a fact comes from a document or an agency, we name it.
When we get something wrong, we do not edit it away quietly. The post is corrected, the correction is dated at the top, and it says what changed. If you spot a mistake, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp, and a correction follows.
